Job Costing. 

Job Costing begins with recording of labour and materials from the work sheet. Labour and material costs are calculated using rates decided in advance by the user.

Purchases through the Bought Ledger flow to the Job Costing module so that the user can quickly obtain the current position.

 The Job Costing module provides:

•  A result analysis for each job divided into labour and materials.
  

• Detailed analysis of both the labour and material cost using a drill-down approach.
  

• A notation facility so that comments can be attached to a job as it progresses.
  

• A job classification system so that results can be grouped according to type of work.
